  1. Calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
  2. Please be aware that the legal status of our entire private hire taxi driver fleet is self-employed and they are not employees of Link Executive Transfers. Customers should always book their journeys via our App, Website or discuss at our telephone number otherwise; the journeys will not be insured.
  3. You must order a suitable car size for the number of passengers and luggage.  Link Executive Transfers cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. Please also note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger.
  4. Link Executive Transfers does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. Use of the services provided by Link Executive Transfers is done so entirely at one’s own risk and discretion. Link Executive Transfers does not guarantee the availability of a taxi at any time, or the availability of the service. Link Executive Transfers shall use all reasonable endeavours to pick you up and get you to your destination on time, but shall not be liable for any loss due to delays beyond its control. Under no circumstances shall Link Executive Transfers be liable (in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss of profits, business or for any indirect or consequential loss whatever.
  5. The Company and driver reserve the right to decline any bookings or ask to pay for taxi services up front and also to request any passenger(s) to leave the vehicle if it is deemed his/her conduct is incompatible with the safety of the driver.
  6. It is a Criminal Offence knowingly getting into a taxi & not having payment for the journey taken. Failure to pay will result in the Police being notified & we will submit to the Police all your personal details held by us.
  7. You shall be responsible for the behaviour of all the passengers in the vehicle during the journey. You will be charged accordingly to cover cleaning costs in the unlikely event of the vehicle being soiled by any passenger!
  8. Any damage caused to the interior/exterior of any of our vehicles by the passenger(s) will be charged accordingly.
  9. Eating, drinking and smoking in the cars are not permitted.
  10. Link Executive Transfers will not carry more passengers than its insurance or licensing allows.
  11. All luggage’s and personal belongings are carried entirely at your risk. Link Executive Transfers will not be responsible for loss or damage caused to any items whilst in the vehicle.
  12. All children travelling during the journey should be restrained in a manner appropriate to their age, weight and height. UK law states that taxis are exempt from legislation relating to children travelling in a baby/child seat or booster. For Health and Safety reasons Link Executive Transfers are unable to provide any form of child seat. If you require a child seat for your journey it would be the child’s parent/carers responsibility to provide one and to fit the seat in the vehicle and to secure the child. If you are booking a return journey and have your own child seat, the driver who carries out your booking will not store your child seat for the return journey, please note that the installation of the child seat must be carried out by you.
  13. Link Executive Transfers shall be entitled to cancel all services and provide refunds in the event of a declared national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage, extreme weather or terrorist attack, or other circumstances beyond its control. If the car breaks down during your journey Link Executive Transfers will endeavour to arrange an alternative car to complete the journey as soon as practicable.
  14. If you have a problem or complaint it is essential that you inform the driver immediately. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please notify our office in writing no later than 7 working days after your journey.
  15. Without prior notice Link Executive Transfers reserves the right to amend, change, delete or add to these terms and conditions whenever it deems is necessary.
